Size & weight
The Eburn device measures 111.13 mm tall, 40.72 mm wide and 26 mm deep — pocket-sized in the literal sense, roughly the footprint of a car key fob and shorter than most phones. It weighs about 105 g on its own, or around 135 g boxed. Light enough that you stop noticing it in a jacket pocket or the lid of a pack, which matters more than it sounds when the alternative is remembering a lighter that won't work anyway.
Battery & charging
Inside is a 600 mAh lithium battery running at 3.6 V — about 2.2 watt-hours — charged over a standard USB-C connection, the same cable that charges most modern phones, controllers and laptops. There's no fuel to buy, refill or spill; when it runs low you top it up from any USB-C source: a wall adapter, a laptop, a power bank, or a vehicle port. That's what makes it practical for multi-day, off-grid use where carrying butane would be a hassle. A small power bank will refill it many times over.
Materials & build
The body is anodized aluminium — light, hard-wearing, and the reason the whole thing comes in at about 105 g. Anodizing isn't paint; the colour is part of the surface, so it doesn't chip off a pocket-carried device the way a coating would. Inside, the heating assembly is sealed against the elements, and there's no exposed flame and no fuel reservoir to leak — which is most of what makes the device windproof and waterproof. See windproof and waterproof by design for what that does and doesn't mean.
